This functionality was previously available with the QB desktop version, but there were changes in the sdk that have not been addressed yet. Also, the internal payment application API endpoints are completely changed now. Thus, this feature needs a full rewrite.
No ETA available at this time. This will likely be enabled when the new payments user interface is added, and will be available for both QB desktop and QB online editions.
In the meantime, credits can be applied through the QB interface and these transactions will be synced to the portals.
