[GTMAWEB-64] Max spend on credit card payments (enhanced) #116

As a feature request, consider allowing for custom notification text for credit card max-spend dialogs. The use case (in my mind) is to recommend to the customer (seeing the dialog) that they use a bank transfer instead. A related thought is warning about (and enforcing) that only one transaction per credit card per day is allowed (to help reduce risk of customer working around the transaction max by running more than one transaction sequentially.

More complicated, but interesting would be to allow option to agree to a transaction fee to use the card when it exceeds a certain amount.
