Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
When billing automation emails queue and a send error occurs, the retry never ends. This results in notifications to the admin every 3 minutes. There needs to be a retry count and then a email sent to admin with error data.
