Adding Payments without applying to invoice #109

There are a couple things we will need to do in order to fully support this.

  1. We need to make a few changes to our payments screen so that it will allow proceeding even if no items are marked for being paid or if the total payment amount exceeds those marked for application of the payment.

  2. We need to make a small adjustment also on our sync app so that it will apply this type of payment.
